DESCRIPTION
Con-Latex SBR – styrene butadiene rubber latex is for use with any cement based mixes. The prime uses being in bonding coats, prior to application of renders, plasters or screeds.
Con- Latex SBR enhances the structural properties of the concrete and also avoiding cold joints in old- new concrete joints
USES
Con-Latex SBR – for repairing concrete beams, columns and slabs.
Con-Latex SBR – for laying tiles, fixing slip bricks, waterproofing, for abrasion resistant flooring and lining effluent tanks and tubes.
- Con-Latex SBR provides excellent adhesion between old and new concrete and hence ensures a monolithic system after repair.

TECSY CURE (WAX)
DESCRIPTION
TECSY-CURE-W-235 is a synthetic nano-particle size Acrylic Co-polymer based concrete
curing compound. The Product is a transparent water-based blend of acrylic polymers used to
cure; seal and dustproof freshly placed and finished concrete floors. It complies with ASTM C 1315, Type 1, Class B.
USES
- Ensures high curing efficiency allowing concrete to attain its full strength potential
- Reduces surface absorption and dusting of concrete for easier cleaning and maintenance
- Retains moisture in concrete to minimize shrinkage cracking.
- Water based for reduced VOC content.
- Compatible with most carpet and tile adhesives
- Semi-gloss appearance so surfaces look newer and brighter.

TECSY CURE R 234 (RESIN BASED)
DESCRIPTION
TECSY-CUR R-234 is ready to use clear membrane curing compound based on selected acrylic resins, which when applied on to freshly placed concrete surfaces provide an efficient curing memberane with excellent non yellowing properties. It complies with ASTM C 1315, Type 1, Class B.

- Ensures high curing efficiency allowing concrete to attain its full strength potential
- Reduces surface absorption and dusting of concrete for easier cleaning and maintenance.

TECSY MRA (EM)
DESCRIPTION
Tecsy MRA (EM) is a ready-to-use, water-based, safe, effective release agent which is friendly to the environment. Tecsy MRA (EM) is applied to mould and shutter faces prior to casting concrete in order to achieve a clean release. After removal of formwork, the resultantÂ
concrete has a smooth, uniform finish with reduce incident of blow holes. Tecsy MRA (EM) can be applied to the formwork by spray in the form of light uniform mist coating.
USES
- Provides a clean positive release even in intricate and difficult casting conditions.
- Reduced labor cost, cleaning time and possible damages to the formwork.
- Supplied ready to use and can easily be applied by sprayers, squeegee or brush.
- Assists in production of uniform matt, stain-free concrete surface, with reduced incident of blowholes and surface blemishes.
- Due to the excellent release properties, little or no deposit of cement paste remains on the shutter surface.
- Enhance the re-usability of shutters.
