DESCRIPTION
TECSY ACE 509 is a liquid admixture which is added to mortars and concrete during production in order to accelerate their setting and hardening to quickly attain increased mechanical resistance
USES
TECSY ACE 509 is mainly for the following types of concrete.
- To accelerate the stiffening and early strength gain of Portland cement concretes and mortars
- Typical applications for concrete or mortar placed in cold weather
- Ready mix concrete
- Precast concrete
- Pre-stressed concrete
- Grouts
DOSAGE
Range : 100 ml – 3000 ml per 100 kg cement.
(0.1% to 3% [v/w]) Optimum dosage to be fixed by laboratory and site trials.

CONXL
DESCRIPTION
CONXLis a water-reducing admixture for high performance, high strength and durable concrete. It is based on sulphonated napthalene formaldehyde. It is specially developed for precast concrete application

DOSAGE
Range : 250 ml – 1500 ml per 100 kg cement.
(0.25% to 1.5% [v/w]) Optimum dosage to be fixed by laboratory and site trials.

CONXL PCE DM- 260FS
DESCRIPTION
CONXL PCE DM 260 FS is a high-range water-reducing admixture for high performance, high strength and durable concrete. It is based on a Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) Polymer. It is specially developed for precast concrete application.
USES
- Excellent workability and flow behaviour.
- Significantly increase strength development.
- Strong plasticizing effect with low dosage.
- Easy finishing.
- Very good surface appearance after removal of formwork.
- Compatible with ordinary Portland as well as slag and fly ash blended cements.
- It is ideal for pre-stressed concrete and precast concrete products like paver blocks, designer concrete tiles, solid and hollow blocks, etc.
- Self-leveling concrete without efflorescence.
- Faster turn-around of formwork, higher output.
- Reduction of cement content or increased use of economic cementitious materials.
Reduction of energy consumption.
Earlier achievement of release strength enables earlier transportation of precast elements.

MELAMINE POLYMERS
DESCRIPTION
MELAMINE POLYMER is an aqueous solution of sulphonated melamine formaldehyde condensate, synthesized by introducing a Sulphonate entity into precondensate oligomer of Melamine (S. Triamino Triazine) and Formaldehyde in a state-of-the-art macromolecule processing plant.
USES

DOSAGE
Depending on cement factor, grade of concrete, shapes and fineness of course and fine aggregates, the dosage of MELAMINE POLYMER can vary from 0.4% to 2% by weight of cement.
For Concrete Paving Tiles – 200 gm to 500 gm for 50 kg cementitious material depending on nature of mix, cement content, water-cement ratio etc. The optimum dosage is best determined by laboratory and site trials.

DESCRIPTION
CONXL PCE DM 108 (FS) 01 is a high-range water-reducing admixture for high performance, high strength and durable concrete. It is based on a Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) Polymer. It has been developed for the production of concrete with high early strength and excellent workability requirements.
USES
- Excellent workability and flow behaviour.
- Significantly increase strength development between 6 and 24 hours.
- Strong plasticizing effect with low dosage.
- Easy finishing.
- Very good surface appearance after removal of formwork.
- Compatible with ordinary Portland as well as slag and fly ash blended cements.
- It is ideal for pre-stressed concrete and precast concrete products like paver blocks, designer concrete tiles, solid and hollow blocks, etc.
